Help for Logins

For those who signed up with a username and password:

  1. Forgot or misspelled your username? Login with your email address instead.
  2. Forgot your password? You can reset your password here
  3. Haven't activated your account yet? Check your spam/junk email box for it or resend another activation email here.

  4. You never received the activation email and resending it doesn't seem to work either? Send an email from your account to dave@campadk.com with Subject "BaseCamp Account Activation Request" to ask to have your account activated manually. Be sure to include your email address and username if you know it!
  5. If you have already created a username / password DO NOT attempt to login with your Facebook Credentials as this will create another account!

For those who signed up using your Facebook Credentials:

  1. If you have already created an account using your Facebook Credentials DO NOT create a new account using a username / password!
  2. If you have already created a username / password DO NOT USE Facebook Credentials to create a new account!

Common Problems:

Some member have created multiple accounts by creating a username + password account plus an account using Facebook login credentials. This gets confusing when you have paid on the account using the opposite method then you are login in with. Here are the scenerious which can happen.

  1. You orginally created a new username + password account and paid however at a later date you created a new account using Facebook login credentials and can't access BaseCamp. You need to login using the method you originally paid for, in this case using your username + password.
  2. You orginally created a new account using Facebook login credentials and paid however at a later date you created a new account using a username + password and can't access BaseCamp. You need to login using the method you originally paid for, in this case via Facebook login credentials.

In either case if you are confused about your account simply email us with subject Having Trouble Logging Into BaseCamp to dave@campadk.com with your details (email address and a detailed description of your problem) and we will straighten your account out. Better yet send us a message to Dave McGrath (Facebook Messenger).

We suggest you do not use the Facebook credential login method. Some users have issues because they cannot be logged into Facebook while at work for example or have changed their Facebook account.

If you wish we can convert your Facebook credential login into a username + password account which is simplier and eliminates relying on Facebook credentials as well as transfer your payment to the new account.
