Some member have created multiple accounts by creating a username + password account plus an account using Facebook login credentials. This gets confusing when you have paid on the account using the opposite method then you are login in with. Here are the scenerious which can happen.
In either case if you are confused about your account simply email us with subject Having Trouble Logging Into BaseCamp to dave@campadk.com with your details (email address and a detailed description of your problem) and we will straighten your account out. Better yet send us a message to Dave McGrath (Facebook Messenger).
We suggest you do not use the Facebook credential login method. Some users have issues because they cannot be logged into Facebook while at work for example or have changed their Facebook account.
If you wish we can convert your Facebook credential login into a username + password account which is simplier and eliminates relying on Facebook credentials as well as transfer your payment to the new account.
