Site 99 (max 35ft site) is directly by the water with a level pad and entry and offers privacy from neighbors and a little privacy from the road. Partially obstructed view of Ausable River. Site is average in width and extra deep with a slightly narrow entryway. There is a very short level path down to the water leading to a small private sandy beach overlooking Ausable River. Water access is excellent and the water is shallow (sandy) The shoreline would be suitable for mooring a boat off shore or pulling a canoe/kayak up on the shoreline.
