Please read these terms before subscribing to or renewing BaseCamp. By continuing, you agree to the following:

1. Overview

BaseCamp is the core subscription service of CampADK.com / New York State Campsite Photos. It helps you explore campgrounds, compare sites, and make better camping decisions. While all campsite types are covered, BaseCamp places additional emphasis on waterside sites with enhanced photo coverage and categorization.

2. Features Included

• Over 200,000 high-resolution campsite photos
• Detailed campsite information
• Watersite classifications (waterfront, waterview, access-only)
• Photo archives from previous shoots
• Favorites tracking for campgrounds and campsites
• Private and public campsite notes
• Ad-free browsing

3. Account Use

Personal Use Only

BaseCamp is for personal, non-commercial use. Sharing your login or redistributing content (photos, text, or screenshots) via email, social media, or print is not permitted without written permission from Dave McGrath.

4. Intellectual Property

Ownership

All original content, including photos, graphics, notes, and layout, is owned by Dave McGrath and protected by law. Some data (such as site numbers and locations) is sourced from publicly available New York State information.

License

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and view content for personal use.

5. Subscriptions

BaseCamp is a paid service. An active subscription is required for full access. Subscriptions are billed annually and do not renew automatically. Payments are processed via PayPal. BaseCamp does not store payment details.

6. Service Availability

We aim for reliable access, but occasional downtime may occur due to updates or technical issues. Continuous uptime is not guaranteed.

7. Termination

Account Termination

Accounts may be terminated without notice if these terms are violated.

Effect of Termination

Access to premium content is revoked immediately upon termination.

8. Refund Policy

Subscriptions are generally non-refundable. If you subscribed by mistake, contact us promptly. Requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

9. Updates to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted. Major updates may be communicated by email or site notice.

2. About the Data

Cancellation info comes from third-party sources and user contributions. It’s provided as-is and may not always be complete or accurate. You are responsible for how you use it.

3. Pro Add-On Availability & Risk

The BaseCamp Pro Add-On relies on external systems for cancellation data. Access to these systems may change or be interrupted without notice. Continued access to BaseCamp Pro features is not guaranteed. By subscribing, you accept this risk and agree that BaseCamp is not liable for missed alerts or booking opportunities.

4. No Refunds

Because the BaseCamp Pro Add-On is offered for a such a modest fee, and relies on access to third-party data, the Pro fee is non-refundable. No refunds will be issued, even if one or more Pro features become unavailable.

5. Fair Use Limits

To ensure equal access for all members, reasonable daily limits apply to how many cancellation results you can view.

6. E-Alert Volume

To keep BaseCamp affordable, E-Alert delivery is subject to quota limits. BaseCamp reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time to manage operating costs, ensure fair usage, and maintain system performance. Additional capacity may be available but will be subject to an added fee.
