Deep level private site with sharing a long sandy beach area with site 2 and 4.
Site 3 (max 30ft site) is directly by the water with a level pad and entry and offers excellent privacy from neighbors and privacy from the road. Partially obstructed view of Rollins Pond. Site is average in width and extra deep with a very narrow entryway. There is a very short level path down to the water leading to a large shared sandy beach overlooking Rollins Pond. Water access is excellent and the water is shallow (sandy) The shoreline would be suitable for mooring a boat off shore or pulling a canoe/kayak up on the shoreline.

Features: At the beginning of the road leading to the majority of sites at Rollins. There will be considerable traffic driving past this site, however this site is quite deep which makes the traffic less noticeable. Nicest beach of any site in the South Bay!
